All items shipped out of Theairtightgarage are shipped via a traceable carrier (in the U.S., typically with UPS, USPS, or FedEx, given the speed at which the customer needs it. USPS will not trace worldwide priority packages _en route_ but you can get status information on them. We do our best to pack your item fully, and with respect. We insure all packages that leave Theairtightgarage for the full amount of the item.
If you need to return an item to us, or if you are shipping us an item for repair or customization, please ship it in its original carton. If the original shipping carton is not available, please bring your item to a trustworthy, professional packer for shipment.
If you have an item from Thairtightgarage that needs to be returned and you do not have the original shipping carton, feel free to call or email us and one can be shipped to you for a nominal fee to insure proper protection. If you are sending in an item not made by Theairtightgarage for repair or customization, please call or email first so that we can expect it.
